l Camps:
Our Health Centres continue to extend essential healthcare services to marginalised communities through free medical camps. These camps are organized in backward and remote areas to ensure that poor families, elderly persons, women, and children receive timely medical check-ups, basic treatment, and essential health awareness. By bringing quality healthcare directly to the community, the initiative is helping to bridge service gaps, promote preventive health practices, and improve overall wellbeing among the most vulnerable.
In 2024–25, our Health Centres strengthened this outreach through a series of targeted village-level medical camps. At Sasaram, specialized screenings offered spirometry tests to 390 patients and bone density assessments to 205 individuals, supporting early detection of respiratory and bone-related conditions. In partnership with Pushpa Development Centre, Piro Health Centre organized camps and awareness sessions across six villages, providing medical support to 363 patients and reaching 539 people with vital health education. Similarly, in Jamalpur’s Koilo village, free medical camps and follow-up care focused on lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and anemia. These initiatives have been especially beneficial for women, children, and the elderly, many of whom received treatment for nutritional anemia and gained greater awareness of preventive health practices.
